General Information

Description

Travel Grants will be a web-based application for the Office of Graduate Studies. This application will replace the current paper-based process for applying for grants. Applicants submit proposals for grants to cover costs for official travel purposes. With the new application, applicants will have the ability to upload necessary forms and documents electronically. They will also be able to view their application status in real-time and receive notifications related to their application approval/rejection. All reviewing, approvals and rejections of applications will happen online via the application.

Purpose and goal of the project

The development and implementation of this new Travel Grants application will streamline the current application and reviewal process, as well as allowing for more efficient communication between the Office of Graduate Studies and grant applicants.
